Big News + A Heartfelt Thank You

First, thank you. Your encouragement, shares, and messages have been the fuel behind this transition. I am exited to share some updates.......
What’s New (and so exciting)
New office on El Paseo (Palm Desert, CA): I signed for a beautiful space and I’m in full design mode. It’ll be calm, warm, and restorative, a place where your nervous system can exhale.
Virtual care + prescribing: I can see functional psychiatry clients virtually. For medication management, I’m able to prescribe for clients who reside in California.
Landing Page is live: A huge thank-you to Elisa for bringing my vision to life. Full website to be completed in the future. Take a peek: www.MendItWellness.com
Training milestone: I’m completing my 2-year fellowship under Dr. James Greenblatt, which grounded me in root-cause psychiatry. I also started advanced lab interpretation with The Kalish Institute so I can analyze complex functional labs and translate them into clear, actionable protocols.
Focus areas: Anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, and brain fog, plus a dedicated Recovery Program to support cravings and long-term stability after substance use.
Coming Soon: A Sister-Powered Podcast 🎙️
I’m teaming up with my sister, The Esthetician Mentor, for a fun, smart, and totally real podcast where feeling good meets looking good. Two lanes, two personalities, one goal: practical tools you can actually use.
What to expect:
Business & Beauty x Brain & Body: From client growth to nervous-system calm.
Hot topics, zero jargon: Current trends, with a functional psychiatry + beauty-business twist.
Glow & Grow: Routines that boost confidence, mood, and momentum.
Real talk: Sisters, opinions, and a little chaos… in the best way.
Why I’m So Energized About This Work
When I started Mendit Wellness, my purpose was simple: help people truly heal. Not just manage symptoms, find the cause and restore the system. That’s still my North Star.
In traditional settings, we’re often taught to “match symptom to medication.” Medication can help, but for many, it’s not the whole story. Functional psychiatry looks deeper: blood sugar rhythms, sleep architecture, gut–brain signaling, micronutrients, inflammation, stress hormones, and more. When we correct what’s off, therapy works better, energy returns, mood steadies, and recovery sticks.
The Compass Programs (3 tiers, tailored to you)
Compass Reset (Level 1): For when you feel “off” - burnout, overwhelm, brain fog, lighter sleep issues. We run targeted biomarkers, reset core systems, and get you back to baseline.
Compass Clarity (Level 2): For persistent anxiety, low mood, or poor sleep - and who want more than prescriptions or standard care. This is where we take a deeper dive: we assess the root causes, run targeted labs, and build a personalized plan that actually supports healing, not just coping.
Compass Recovery (Level 3): For complex or treatment-resistant patterns (including post-detox). We layer testing and personalize protocols to rebuild long-term stability.
Recovery Compass (Sobriety Support)
Community and therapy matter. So does biology. This program identifies the nutrient losses, sleep disruption, dopamine imbalance, and inflammation that often linger after substance use - and replenishes what’s missing so cravings quiet and stability lasts.
What’s Next
I’ll share photos as the Palm Desert office comes together (give me a few weeks for furniture + art!). In the meantime, the best way to explore fit is a free 15-minute Discovery Call, I’ll explain the programs, hear your goals, and point you to the right next step.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here. I’m grateful, excited, and more certain than ever: when we look deeper, healing becomes possible.
