One of my favorite times of the year 🎾

Every year, I take these two weeks off during the BNP Paribas Open.
It’s intentional.
I step away from the daily pace.
I reset.
I do something that genuinely brings me joy.
Sunshine.
Movement.
World-class athletes performing under pressure.
And just as importantly, watching how they recover.
Because here’s what elite sports constantly remind me:
High performance without recovery is not sustainable.
Not in tennis.
Not in business.
Not in life.
And definitely not in your nervous system.
Over the past few years, I’ve gone deeper than ever into understanding the root cause of mental and physical symptoms. I’ve studied the brain-body connection. Learned to analyze functional labs. Trained under some of the top doctors and scientists in this field. Worked 1:1 with private clients. Led groups of incredible women committed to living optimally.
And one pattern has become undeniable.
Addiction.
Anxiety.
Depression.
Burnout.
Stress intolerance.
Sleep disruption.
Different symptoms. Same underlying system…….
The nervous system.
What I see over and over again is not weakness, it’s dysregulation.
Women who look high-functioning…
But are stuck in survival mode underneath.
And just like elite athletes, you cannot perform at your best if your system never resets.
So while I’m here resetting in real time, I’m also finalizing something I’ve been building quietly behind the scenes.
A diagnostic experience designed to help women understand:
• What stress has actually done to their physiology
• Whether they’re compensating or depleted
• And how to begin resetting safely and strategically
Because you can’t heal what you haven’t mapped.
I’ll be sharing more before the end of the month.
For now, I’m practicing what I teach.
Rest. Recovery. Regulation.
So I’m curious —
How do you reset?
