In Home Detox - Initial Evaluation

Service Description

A comprehensive one-on-one evaluation designed to determine whether in-home detox is a safe and appropriate option for the patient. This assessment includes a review of medical and psychiatric history, substance use history, current symptoms, level of support, and overall medical stability. Recommendations may include medication management, nursing support, recovery planning, and additional wraparound services needed to support a safe and comfortable detox process in the privacy of your home. If in-home detox services are initiated, the cost of this assessment will be applied toward the overall treatment program.
